AIOE National Award For Outstanding Industrial Relations 2021-22

This prestigious award is an acknowledgement of the organization’s effort to reward innovative methods to foster lasting harmonious Industrial relations and a conducive work environment in the past 5 years. The award is adjudged by a jury comprising of members from recognized background. Many of the past award winner were nominated by member associations: ‘TATA Motors Ltd, winner of 2019-20’ nominated by Gujarat Employers Organisation, TVS Motors Limited, Large Enterprises – Manufacturing Sector, Harrisons Malayalam Limited, Medium Enterprises –Manufacturing Sector and MIVIN Engineering Technologies Pvt Ltd, MSME Sector, winner of 2020-21 nominated by Employers Federation of Southern India.
