GEO liasions directly with the State and Central Governments on Labour, ESI and EPF matters. GEO is also represented on Advisory Committees of Central and State bodies dealing with labour matters and social security schemes.
GEO encourages our members to learn from the best practices prevalent in member industries with organising study missions to these companies to learn the good practices being followed.
GEO provides support to members needs for skilling / reskilling & upskilling the workforce with certificate courses, training programs, single & multiday workshops.
GEO advices, guides and assists our members in the selection of personnel, training and development of Human Resources and organise at their premises programs to acquire knowledge, improve skills and attitude & aptitude workshops.
GEO publishes a quarterly journal for our members which updates members on the latest laws, judgements, government notifications, current news & trends in the areas of HR & IR, industrial environment and economy updates.
